You cannot become a private taxi driver if you do not have a parking permit (ADS). This is also called a taxi license or plate. To get the latter, you can either buy it directly or rent it from a taxi company. If you opt for the first case, you can get it two ways: go to the mayor of the municipality in which you practice your profession or find a taxi driver who wants to resell their license.
In the first case, you must register on a waiting list. The registration period is one year. In some cases, the duration of the issuance of the license may last several months. In the second case, you will buy your license from a driver who wants to go out of business. So, you are going to discuss the sale price.
